Botched 3* Thor PVP and unable to connect to Facebook

So there I was cruising up the ranks, racing past 600 points and up toward the top 5 with 15 minutes left in the event. After winning a match to put my score into the ~680s, the game resets, and refuses to connect for 20 minutes, then fails to connect to Facebook after that (so I can't see events. Did anyone else get punked out of their tourney prizes this morning?

    Exact same thing happened to me!

    Trying to get to at least 300 for the Heroic, and it **** out on me! icon_e_sad.gif:(:(

    I had the same issue. I was in line to place in the top 15 (at least) with a couple of health packs and my two mains at full health. Then with 15 mins left to go, the game just stopped connecting. I restarted my phone and made sure I had full bars, but it kept telling me that it couldn't connect to Facebook. Odd because I made sure I was connected to several things online including Facebook, so I know I had service. When the game finally reconnected, the contest was over and I only placed in the top 50.

    I was shooting for top 50, would've ended up top 100 even with the crash, but I haven't gotten any reward yet.

    Just got my top 100 reward... HeroJuggs levels jumped thanks to MMR boost for complete garbage... icon_e_sad.gif

    Finished top 10, which is basically where I was before my last hour push.

    Between my 0/2/2 Fat-Thor and high level OBW, I'm currently just crushing matches in my MMR (regularly tanking lightning rounds, and carefully timing brackets seems to help). I was really aiming for that 3-pack of Psylocke covers so that she might be half-way useful sometime soon. Didn't manage more than a single black cover when she was being given away like candy because, you know, sometimes you have to do something other than grind MPQ. icon_rolleyes.gif

    I reported this via a ticket at the time it happened and just got a reply to say the issue had been identified, investigated and a fix in place. No offer to compensate the HP I wasted on shielding (and no way to make a push into the top brackets in the last 10 minutes) which isn't great. I guess I'm just glad it was only 300 coins I wasted...
