Civil War boss mission rewards bug?

I think there may be a bug in the boss mission rewards. Per the table David posted, once a new round starts you should get CP, 500 ISO, CP, 500 ISO, etc. etc. However, my alliance just started round 6 and I got CP, 500 ISO, 250 ISO (instead of another CP).

Possibly related: before the round started I took on the boss near the end of Round 5. By the time I finished him off, someone else in the alliance must have beaten him to end Round 5. The points from when I beat the boss were deducted from the full round 6 total, but I didn't get any mission reward.
