Android/IOS ISSUE

On my Android phones (including my SP3's VM), my account syncs fine.

But on my ipad 4, it creates a new character.

Is there a way to sync between the operating systems since it's mostly server based?

    I have the exact same problem; hopefully they dont have a separate db per device type...

    i have the same problem but with 2 android devices. My original account is on my Samsung S6 but when i want to play the same account on my Galaxy Tab2 it does not work and i have to start a new account. is there any way to play the same account on 2 different devices without a f** facebook account???
  • I submitted a ticket on this issue and they informed me that there is currently no way to link an Android and iOs device. They offered to port my account from one to the other but they would not sync.

    But it should work between multiple Androids.

    Works for me on 4 android devices (phone, 2 tablets phone carriers gave me and virtual android on my pc). I'm logged into the same Google Play Account and Facebook account.

    I was hoping auth was just based off of facebook because obviously you can't get an ios & android account using the same gamer tag.
