Hope Against Hope not casting if first creature not human

Had Sigarda in first creature slot, no other creatures on field.

Hope Against Hope is full of mana but denied casting as no humans present for secondary condition to trigger.

Once humans on battlefield in slots 2 and 3, card still denied from casting.

Only way to cast is to have a human in first creature slot.

Can confirm. Had a Kor Ally in first slot (Serene Steward in 2nd) and it just wasn't castable at all.

Even human tokens don't count. HaH is just badly bugged all around.
