Game crash while opening green big box

I'm trying for an ulvenwald hydra, so the green big boxes are quite the thing for me: just bought gems, but while opening packs the game crashed and I lost a whole big box, what now?

The cards are added to your collection the moment you open the box as far as I know. After that you're just watching animations. Check your inventory for new cards.
