Again iPhone 4 new os will not play the game

    It's a known issue that we've worked with Apple for a fix on and have an updated version in the hopper for their review. At this point it's out of our hands.

    As for two weeks, impossible. The OS has only been out for 8 days total. I understand that you are annoyed, but exaggerating doesn't help matters.

    Thank you for letting us know. It is good to hear that the solution is almost on its way and that the developers are just waiting for clearance. Hopefully your post will give people a bit more assurance about the situation. I know for myself it's less an issue that the game isn't working for me, as like any ongoing updating program the evolution of the game will have technological hiccups along the way, and more the uncertainty about how it's being handled.

    I imagine developers in general try to keep to general comments that they are aware/ looking into a matter to avoid controversy, though personally any update and information about what's being done, even if it's bad news, is still more comforting than being left to speculate.

    So thank you for the update.

    Thanks IceX for the update. I think part of our frustration has been the silence -- after the initial "we're working on it," there has been no communication. Meanwhile, 8 days has gone by with us falling further behind every day. You've carefully designed this game to be one where you feel like you have to play every day to keep up with the crowd. If you don't, you miss the latest character, and that keeps you from competing in the next events. Meanwhile, the app keeps sending its push notifications to tease you about everything you're missing. And you can see in the forums what the new events are and all those sweet covers you're missing. (Psylocke! I have been trying to build her..... oh wait, I won't be able to compete because the crash killed my chance of getting the new Thor.)

    I know the origin of the problem and its solution have a lot to do with apple and not you guys, but I guess we just wanted some sense that our problems were not being ignored, and it seemed like they were. I hope it is fixed soon. Thanks again for the update.
