Making changing languages easier.

As a trilingual player, I would like to be able to change language without having to change the language of my phone, as it is done in Hearthstone, where I change the language depending of my opponent or the people looking over my shoulder.

I know I am not the only one who would be interested by such a feature, and I know that if it is considered, it would probably have low priority. But I wanted to make my voice heard, that there would surely be a target audiance.
