knight tokens should always have a subtype

Some knight tokens specify a subtype...such as vampire from Call the Bloodline. However, there are others, like the token from Knightly Valor, which by all appearances should be human, but its not specified and there doesn't count. Interaction with Thalia's Lieutenant was not as I was expecting, not sure how it works with Allied Reinforcements or Gideon's Phalanx.

The clear implication from the card art is that these knights are humans, but the game does not treat them as such. It should.

It may be intentional that some of them don't specify any more subtypes. Adding that would change their impact on the game, and might mean they would need their cost adjusted or some other changes to keep them balanced.

The knight depicted in Knightly Valor is actually wearing a helmet, so it could be of several different humanoid types. So, he's just a generic knight.
