I have been a little vocal about alliance politics elsewhere on the forums recently but I should say my thoughts here also.

As long as you keep enjoying this game all of you have a home here. If you want to retire from MPQ for good or search out a new alliance, we will wish you well and only then try to find a replacement member.
I will never ask anyone to leave or start kicking people. You all helped me make the Laboratory, in fact some of you added more resources than I did.
