Cover Pack Probability and Pricing

Is there a list anywhere of what covers are in which cover packs and the probabilities of getting them? I've searched and can't find one. If not I think it'd be great if the devs gave us one. It was good to be able to check the odds on the Thor pack and I'd like to know for the others.
That said, I can't see myself ever buying covers at the prices they have them at now. Right now the only way to be sure your getting the character you need, but maybe not the color, is buying the group packs or 10x packs. But those packs are, IMO, way to expensive. The current Lightning pack, one of each 3 star heroes, that's I believe six covers, will cost you over forty bucks, and you still could end up without anything you need. That's the price of a full Vita or 3DS game.
In short, I just wish there was a way to buy what you needed for a price that's reasonable relative to what you're actually paying for.
