Each planeswalker has 1 spellbook to start, and can have another one for every 20 levels they are. A spellbook allows another deck, so yes this is another 'please allow multiple decks per planeswalker' thread. Alternately spellbooks can be purchased with runes or could be given out as event rewards.

Starting at level 10, a planeswalker unlocks the ability to have a Spellbook attached to them.

At levels 20, 40, 60 it unlocks the ability to purchase a chapter which expands the spellbook to allow 1 additional deck each, so a maxed PW can have 3 additional decklists each

At levels 30 and 50 it unlocks the ability to purchase a page which increases deck size by 1, so a maxed PW can have up to 12 cards per deck.

**Note that the minimum deck size is 10 and decks can be saved at less than max, but minimum 10.
I know more cards in a deck decreases the chance of drawing each card making smaller deck sizes better and stronger, but sometimes an increase in variety of cards is needed for a deck. This will also allow to master cards easier and give more options to deckbuilding.

You can earn spellbooks or pages or chapters in events as well as buy them in the vault. A cost of say 10k runes or 60 crystals book/page/chapter seems reasonable.
