"Error" claiming NoP victory ribbon

On 8/24/2016 at about 2:10 PM my MtG Puzzle Quest encountered an error when claiming my Node of Power match reward (ribbon).

The match was already won, the problem was on the reward screen (screen shot attached). My match was Koth (mine) vs Liliana (ai).

I clicked the "Retry" button a few dozen times but kept getting the same error message. Eventually I closed the program and reopened, and can confirm that I did not received my victory ribbon.

My bracket is very competitive. One loss will prevent me from finishing Top 5 in the event, and cost me the mythic reward.

Please credit me my victory ribbon.

I also submitted a ticket through the D3 Go website -- ticket number 240708.
