Error when trying to buy crystals

Țried to buy 220 crystals yesterday, got an error after going through the whole payment process. Did not get my crystals yet i was still charged those 10 bucks. This does not make me confident to spend any more on this game if this is what i can expect :-/

Did this happen to anyone else?

Sorry this happened. Please reach out to customer support with your in-game UID and a screengrab of your receipt and the team will be able to credit you with the missing crystals. Thanks!
