Right before a match ends

Lets say there's 1 minute left to the tournament ending and i decide to do one more match, of course the tourney is going to end before i complete that last match, does the result of that last one counts toward my placing in the tourney or not

    No, it won't count but you'll get some iso because it thinks it's your first time completing that battle.

    I was asking cause i did a match with 2 minutes left and used some old boosts that are retired that i would have preferred to keep, i used them to secure a top 10 and still didn't get it, so pissed right now, feels like i just threw them away

    And kicked me to main screen with 6h00m to Round 2

    Was 10th before that last match. Just really need that red cover (along with 95% of the MPQ community)

    I'm also confused about this. Are the points counted or not? I feel like I'm reading two different answers in this thread.

    In PVE, if you dont finish the match before the timer expires, it will not count.

    In PVP, there is a bit of leeway in there. You can finish some time after the time has expired and it will count (if you see the ranking screen). That's my personal experience anyway.

    The First Time Completion ISO Bonus is your sure answer that your score was tossed.

    I'm only frustrated that I supposedly beat the clock but have been waiting over an hour to see if an extra 111 points and 10 boosts of my own kept me in 10th.

    I threw ten boosts at the solo level 20 jugs to make sure he died in under a minute.

    Would have been much easier if I'd just not skipped the magneto fight worth 800 yesterday morning icon_e_wink.gif

    For the 500000th times, no you need to finish a match before the event timer finish for it to count. If there are less than 2 minute left then you shouldnt start a match hoping to get point. It will not count for the finishing event and due to a bug it will give you a first time completion reward. Only start a match with less than 2 minutes left if you are sure you can complete it in time(which is very unlikely) or you want some extra iso due to the bug.

    Yeah, there's no point to start a game you will not finish unless you go for the "first time" prize or the iso. At least the clock is properly synced.
