game freeze: Thing in the Ice

Had the game freeze in the following scenario.

My board: Thing in the Ice at 0/7

His board: Frog (from Turn to Frog), Gladeheart Cavalry, Undergrowth Champion, 4 cards in hand. Cavalry and UC had just come into play, in that order, so Frog and Cavalry had berserker.

His frog attacked Thing, flipping it. The cards went back to hand, but the game froze with 6 cards in opponent hand and the board clear.
