Next 4* to Champ

Currently sitting at Fury and IMHB champed
I have:
535 X23 (cover coming up soon)
553 XFDP (cover coming up soon)
345 Carnage (last cover coming up soon)
544 Quake

Who should I champ? X23 seems to have the least color overlap, but I am unsure as to how scary she is when boosted.
X23 and XFDP both have 1k pvp cover rewards coming soon which would give me a 271 legendary token. Thanks!

Also, my Red Hulk is sitting at 525. Should I save up 120 CP to max him out?

    I'd prioritize rulk, xp and quake. then x23. x23 is great for saving health packs in pve but can't output the damage that the aoe purple/green users can like rulk and ice, and to a lesser extent, jean. xp and quake are great and have synergy together. xp becomes very important later on and quake is perfect for pve aoe's and is pretty good on her boost weeks. also a pain in pve since she requires you to take her down by targeted damage or stun her to open an aoe up.

    OK, I was lucky enough to get shield rank 56 which leaves me with 720k iso. I also have saved up 125 cps in the last month. Currently have XFDP, Fury, and IMHB champed. Still at 22 3* champs.
    So who should I champ next/what to do with my riches:

    Quake 544 - Her next guaranteed cover isnt until October 18th

    Rulk 525 - My original plan and reason for saving up the cp was to buy his last green and cover him. I have 3Thor sitting at 182 rank (impending cover) and rulks next pvp cover is on oct 21st

    X23 535 - I just dumped 2 of her covers 2 weeks ago due to choosing xfdp over her.

    Carnage 345 - About to get his last cover in this pvp, his next guaranteed cover is a whiles away I suppose

    4Thor 343 (in the next 50 days I will be getting 3 of her covers from shield resupply rewards)

    quake would be good. I did mine yesterday and played with her last night in shield sim - good times with xpool. to me rulk would make enough difference to spend the cp on. he is such a monster and so annoying to fight. he and hb give you everything but yellow in a pvp pair that should take you far. that pair will have a ton of health to eat through and a lot of damage output ability.

    I champed rulk specifically for this week (sitting at 270 unboosted) and he wrecked face. Got to 1300 in pvp with a 3+8 hr shield. Played pve specifically because rulk was boosted and he just rolls every single node.

    Current status is:
    Champed 4*s: IMHB, XFDP, Fury, Rulk, 4clops
    Champed 3*s: 22, all the top tier ones included
    Current ISO: 900k
    4Thor: 4-4-3 Awaiting covers from resupply rewards
    Iceman: 1-5-3
    JG: 1-3-5
    X23: 5-3-5
    Carnage 3-5-5
    Quake: 5-4-4
    Starlord: 3-5-5 (Potential buff incoming?)
    XFW: 5-5-3
    ProfX: 4-4-5

    I think I'm just going to sit on my iso, maybe champ a 3* here or there. Wait on 4thor, iceman, jg. Maybe champ quake when I get another cover.
