Colossus throwing vision

I threw Vision and the throw went fine. Vision activated his heavy density power. got animation and countdown tile correctly to the board.
I Launched red skill and it fired solar beam instead of the correct AoE power.
I tried to launch heavy density again and it said density error.

Was it the interaction between fastball special and density or what but it did not work properly.
