Scoring system for PvE (BONUS points!)

Don't know if something like this has been suggested before, but could we be awarded bonus points each node victory depending on in how many turns/moves we achieve it? For instance, if it takes around 30 turns for a fight to be won on average, we would then start that node with say possible 60 bonus points, and every turn the AI makes reduces that by one. That way the rubber banding could be avoided, just have a fixed number (to avoid excessive grinding) of attempts before both regular mission points - gradually, and these bonus ones - abruptly, reach 0 and you can do them when you please. If the scaling would cause problems for higher level rosters/ higher efficacy players, then the bonus points could also get scaled up to match it.
