Quick battle round timings

Would if not be fairer on non USA based players if the QB rounds lasted x days plus 1 hour so the start/end times cycle around the clock rather than always being at 3am UK, 4am CET ? Having got into the top 10 before midnight (bed time) a couple of times, I'm out it by 3am.
