The card is bugged.

What it does is:
- lets you choose a card
- adds the card to hand
- removes it right after

So basically you cast it to get... Nothing.

Lost a game caus I included in my kiora for madness objective.
Did not realize the bug until probably third cast

I'm getting inconsistent behaviour. Sometimes the card stays in my hand, and sometimes it vanishes.

I'm seeing this too. It is my only madness card in blue, so I've been having to play it for the ribbons.

I believe it incorrectly discards the card if it is a spell, but not if it is a creature or support.
