Within a tier is it possible to have a recognition of the plane walker level when the ai selects an opponent? Tiering alone is a poor measure when a level 26 pw is matched against a level 50 (with a strong deck).

Nodes of power felt right as nothing was so OP there was value in fighting but a 24 level differentiation is significant and unbalanced.
