Updated the game on android but it won't go past server date screen.
Come on guys, flip the switch!!!!

    Same issue here, iphone 6s. Updated, restarted my phone, and still hanging on "Get Server Date..."

    Updated. Logged in. Saw new features and went to buy new red/white 34.99 bundle and game crashed. Can't log in, getting server error on 5s. I hope it's a wide spread issue and I am not going to drop out of top 20 in event...

    I'm having the same issue, but after I had already been logged-in for about an hour. The game crashed and now I'm stuck with the "Get server date..." screen.

    Tried deleting the app even. No go. They gotta get rolling on this. Glad to hear it's not just an issue with my device

    icon_rolleyes.gif I had to do a complete uninstall and reinstall to get it to log in. Then I bought a Red/White pack for $25 and the transaction posted, but no packs or crystals/ruins and a message saying 'don't worry your transaction posted. Try to log in later' Really?

    Comeon guys, get your IT shop together. Common sense says not to deploy an update during an ongoing event or if you don't have server bandwidth to support.

    So now I wait to see if I have to run a ticket to get my purchases credited AND try to finish an event during a server **** storm which froze one of my matches.

    Hi everyone, this is my first post.
    Playing the game on an android Samsung S6.
    I uninstalled after the update 1.6 and when I reinstalled and logged again: my account was gone and the game forced me into basic tutorial again.
    Now I have a new account with a new player name but lost all my cards and pw levels of previous account/name.

    Any suggestion?

    I already wrote to support and I'm waiting for an answer.
