After alliance member is promoted to officer, there is no way to kick from alliance, due to inactivity, etc.

    Submit a support ticket. They will help out, so long as the officer in question isn't the alliance founder. We had do it once. Here was the email they sent with their criteria:

    Thank you for contacting D3 Go! Customer Support.
    We would be happy to explain the functionality of the Alliance Commander Demotion feature for you!
    Please provide a screenshot of your Username as it appears in the leaderboards of any PvP or PvE event, or in your alliance roster. (PNG or JPG only)
    1) If you are the founder/creator of your alliance, we can demote any commander you wish.
    2) Alternatively, if you are not the founder/creator, other Commanders can request the demotion of players who have been inactive for at least two weeks.
    3) Under no circumstances will we demote an Alliance founder/creator.
    Please provide us with a list of the Commanders you are requesting to have demoted and we will investigate accordingly. We are unable to kick players under almost any circumstance but, once demoted, the player can be kicked by any Commander in the Alliance.
