Silver tier downgrade?

The silver tier rewards show only 60 gems with OGW Mythic and origins bolster for first place in pvp. The bronze tier pvp shows 75 gems OGW Mythic and origins bolster on my sons iPad. Is there a reason for this? They also used to both give a fatpack for top 5 aswell. What does gold tier show?
