Chat function

Maybe we could implement some kind of chat function within the forum itself (don't know how difficult it will be) for players to chat to either developers/support team/forum admins about certain issues.

It could be a chat room, where users who are online can choose to join the room to chat to the support team about glitches. I've had a problem with not receiving gifts (coming to 3 days now), and have sent in 3 separate tickets which have not been solved. The only solution I get is to force close and restart the app, which doesn't help. A chat room where these admins could respond almost instantaneously would reduce anxiety faced by players with potentially game-breaking glitches.
