    While placement is still a nightmare (it would appear most, if not all of the top 200 in my bracket hit progression with 60+hours left in the event), now that I've given up on it, the new format is growing on me more and more...at least as long as they keep progression low. It's nice to be able to completely ignore the over-scaled Juggernaut nodes and still comfortably coast to progression while farming iso in the other ones.

    The sad thing for me is that placement rewards (specifically, top 50) were my main source of HP for new roster slots for a reasonable number of hours played. Now I just don't have the time to place better than top 200. I would probably need about 3.5 hours a day (7 clears) to compete for top 50 again in my typical brackets.

    This is really going to slow down my 3 to 4 transition.

    I'm in the top 50 right now for my slice. I've got all the essentials, and have done 4 clears immediately after the subs open, and then 1 more clear for all the non trivial nodes at some random point during the day, and then cleared the trivial nodes down to 1 point an hour before the sub clears. All told I spend about 2 to 2.5 hrs on that initial clear, and another 30 to 45 minutes on the remaining clears. I'm also in the 3 to 4 transition - I have no fully covered 4 star.png characters.
