Variant on the space/which covers question

Should I be swapping out some of those single cover 4* dead weight for 3* that I'll be able to build more aggressively and/or build different 3*

I have the following covers available in inventory right now (3*)
Capt. Marvel black
Patch red and green
Psylocke blue
Hulk green
Bullseye black
Loki green
Daken blue
Spiderman blue x2

Trying to transition smoothly into building 3* and seriously contemplating selling some of the 4* like IW and getting someone (but which one) more build able.

My play tends to be PVE heavy, usually just outside the top 100 each event. I'm stockpiling CPs for now until I'm ready to go more 4/5 heavy.

Any thoughts?
