Daily Rewards, Am I missing something here?

First, before you wonder I haven't skip a day since I realised that this existed.
My daily rewards have reset twice before I could get to the 31/30 day of rewards.
I hope I could explain this as clear as I can
A fresh count of rewards started approximately around June 20 and carried over July 1 without resetting, but around day 21 of rewards on July it reset back to the first reward in the list on the middle of July (first possibility of getting a Fat Pack lost). So as I said before it started again and when it reached August 1st instead of carrying over like june through July, guess what? It reset a second time (second possibility lost)

Does the game resets the count up for everybody the first day of the month?
or every player has an individual count depending on which day them started playing the game for the very first time without taking into account which day of the month they are?

Long story short why it started twice for me in the same month BUT didn't get to finish any of them? Was there some sort of double daily rewards reset that I wasn't aware of between the implementation of the OGW and the PVP Event? If this is the case ... what the hell??

Well, if that is the case then why haven't I got any Fat Packs since june?
The game didn't let me finish June nor July's rewards, it reset both counts on weird dates.

The login rewards reset on the first of the month, so if you have been here and collecting your rewards since before July 1, you should have been able to get all of the rewards for July.

If it reset for you sometime in mid June, and then again in mid July, you should log a ticket with the official support: https://d3go.com/mobile-games-support.

Hopefully they can help.
