possible bug with color mastery tiers

I have reached the gold tier with red mana cards, but haven't reached the silver tier with any other color.

After reaching the gold tier I joined the event and clicking on the event rewards shows me the silver ones.

If it isn't just a graphical bug it might be due to my red gold mastery being 0/750.

Is anybody else seeing the silver tier rewards after joining despite having reached the gold tier or is it most likely tied to my 0/750 gold mastery score?

I also have gold but it put me in bronze. Everything else is silver. Perhaps it's the OS. I have android.

Is there a color associated with the event? When they previewed mastery they said something about some events going off of specific colors mastery level.
