Would love to see more commander tools

It would be great to have some commander tools available.
Ability to send pm's to Alliance members

A way to be able to scroll through the leaderboards.

A way to kick a commander. In some cases a commander has abandoned the game and is unreachable to ask them to remove themselves.
Or sometimes a commander may end up to be causing problems with all members and won't leave when asked.
Maybe it could even be if there was a way to allow all commanders to individually press the kick button and if all do then that commander is removed.
