Issue with Goblin Dark-Dweller

I'm having an issue where it seems to pick the last spell card you gained enough mana to cast, not the last spell card you actually cast.

So if you've only cast spells off of goggles and play the dark-dweller, nothing happens?

Just observed something similar with Liliana.

Used first ability on two identical creatures. Only one had mana partially filling it, the other was just drawn so no mana present.

Next turn used third ability to "return" both to the battlefield. The animation showed that the same mana level was still present as it was played.

It seems that cards in the graveyard still remember their initial mana state upon returning to play.

Would love to confirm with a convergence spell returned to play if it remembers the convergence value as well.

@majincob No. If I'm playing red, and I cast the spell that destroys 6 of my opponents' colored gems, and then sometime later gain enough mana to cast the +3 first strike spell, but I don't cast it. Then I cast Goblin Dark-Dweller. The Dark-Dweller will grab another spell like the +3 first strike spell and want to cast that, instead of the gem color spell that I actually cast.
