Heroic Packs: 4-Star Odds Increase

MPQ fans,

Here's word from Anthony at Demiurge on new pack odds for 4-Star characters:

"In Season XXX we will be adding Peggy Carter (Captain America) to cover packs. In addition, we will be increasing the 4-Star odds (30% more than before) in Heroic cover packs. We will be decreasing the 2-Star odds (2% less than before) to compensate for this change."
