Anyone has some tips for wich chr's to group/synergize well with punisher? (Currently got a 3/5/5 build)

My experience with Punisher is that pretty much anything works with him. You just want extra sources of damage that don't clash with his abilities. There's the well known Espionage + Strike Tile damage with OBW. I know the Hulk with maxed Anger can do a lot of damage with strike tiles. Otherwise you either want to aim for cheap spammable damage (C Mags, Psylocke clashes a little too much to really work) or moves that hit the whole other team (C Storm blue, Thor green, BP black is less helpful). You can also try using moves that make cascades happen (C Mags, Loki purple, Thor Yellow, either Storm green, Captain America yellow if you're desperate) but those might trash your strike tiles. Working with his red really just means being able to do enough damage to put people at the kill threshold.

I run a 3/5/5 Punisher myself, and I go with OBW and now Lazy Thor. Thor is really only there for the yellow skill and his green if I have enough AP for it.

but actually, for me i find gold thor / punisher the best basics.
u can add widow for her damage spike, spider for Pvp or Cmag for red spam / violet ( but we all know that nerf inc )

Going to try really hard to get at least two covers for Lazy Cap, he's one of my favorite characters. (Though the current one is only good buffed...) At least it doesn't look like anyone is crazy about Divine Champs, sitting in top 50 while barely trying to.

Sounds like we're getting a new 4* character too, hopefully it's someone good. (Though it would be nice if I could get more covers for the two I have...)

well to be honest, Punisher 3/5/5 can replace Wolvie 2* in most cases, to bad his green is random with the 3x3 tile blow up, wich can kill your own tiles you've just made. (I find Wolvie's 2* red ability after the rework really usefull.. almost 3k damage single target burst for 12AP)

Anyway im upgrading my OBW to 85, got her 5/3/5 Lv 70 now & I quess her best build is 3/5/5, so im gonna respec her for the cheaper purple steal and always heal ability at rank 5.

I maxed my spiderman covers as well,
His blue is still OP and I tried pairing him with punisher, letting him make strike tiles, while the enemy team is stunnend, then treshhold insta kill them.
But your right, he needs some "back up" damage from the third chr you are gonna use.

Well .. these "lazy covers" 3* ..
I dont know what to think of them
I would rather see a 3* version of that same character with better/different ability's.

Then again this Thor 3* is basiclly old thor before his "nerf" but stronger green.. xD

Curious about this CA 3* , because he really is a PvE character with his tile lockdown ability's. (Vs snipers etc.)

PVE alliance event is up for anyone interested! Too bad the rewards is another captain america... I was hoping they would make an offense captain (steve rogers) instead of another pve/defensive type char, too many recycled characters imo.

I expect there to be low interest overall in the event since another Cap isn't really a compelling prize and Daredevil for progression is also not the best motivation.

Wow with alliance rewards on the subevents of the Simulator too this event is a fountain of iso and hero points if we do well enough. That's way more interesting to me than cap. I'll have to snag a Daredevil from no holds barred if I don't get one from an event token.

Shielded at 818 in Divine Champions. Having a high level Lazy Thor is just unfair when he's buffed. Thunderstrike -> Call of the Storm -> Retribution kills anyone.

im pretty active with a decent roster of 3 and 2 stars.. hulk is at 112 and punsisher is 100 + bunch of maxed 2 stars (Thor, storm, wolv, b.widow) .. I have every character released so far - but not maxed them yet

So I've got a question, I'm going to probably need Bullseye and Doom for the Simulator, I can get hero points, but where should I finish in Divine Champs? Do I aim for more Bullseye covers, have two already, or the Doom cover? (No Doom covers)

Honestly even when he's buffed Bullseye isn't very good. The protect tiles are cute, but unless you have another character along that uses purple you're going to match purple for nothing. That black is just too expensive to ever really use on top of that. You're also probably going to get a bunch of his covers from the event tokens.

I'd focus on having as many characters as possible for required fights, even if they won't be that leveled. That and Doom is actually pretty good. He's got a lot of hp with levels and even if he's not leveled you can use his blue to funnel black AP for something (Maybe I'll try funneling it into Bullseye black for the lulz).
