Filter Card Pool by Non-Mastered Cards

Right now when building decks it's possible to apply a filter that shows all the cards you've mastered, but wouldn't it make sense to also have a filter for cards you haven't mastered? It would make it much simpler to swap in new cards to master.

I think especially once people start mastering more of their collections, it will become difficult to find that small handful of cards that still need mastering...
