Unable to start next round of QB

The QB screen shows my final rank from the last event, and when i click "next round" it starts a battle, and when i complete the battle, i get the appropriate rewards, but when i go back to the QB screen, the win has registered on my streak, but it is still saying "next round" instead of fight, so no matter how may battles i do, i cannot enter the new QB event.

2nd Image, you will see my win streak has gone up, i received my 300 runes, but it still does not show a new round has started, nor that the battle has counted for anything.

This is a fairly common issue. Try switching planeswalkers or take the proven direct route and put in a ticket and they can fix it.
