Masteries levels

I understood from the release notes that everyone starts at Bronze level. Then for 100 pts, you level up to Silver and 150 pts later you get Gold. Afterwards there is a 750 pts cap that can be reached. Whats the point of that?

    Presumably, they will increase the tiers eventually (think something like platinum, diamond, etc. or the likes) which would grant even higher rewards. It is pretty much to ensure that they have room to expand on the system.

    Yeah, by putting an arbitrarily high cap in it means that if they do introduce a higher tier at some point in the future, than some players will have enough mastery points to be automatically placed in that tier.

    It also could mean that once new expansions are introduced, the requirements for tiers could change (aka. most likely increase) due to the additions of new cards to be mastered. With a high "cap" already in place at the start, there would be less hassle to update the tiers to the new requirements both in code and in the GUI.
