Change to Ultron's Deconstruction

With Ultron being allowed to make matches, Deconstruction as it is becomes a redundant ability, or rather, abusive when put alongside matches being made. Instead of a passive, Deconstruction should be an active ability to shatter the bottom row (possibly doing damage for tiles destroyed).

This could also lead to an interesting (and evil) change to Ultron's bomb tiles: If the bomb remains in the top row at the beginning of Ultron's turn, its damage is doubled rather than producing a new bomb. That could be a stacking effect in which the bomb detonates on its own if it stays in the top row too long (5 stacks?).
