PVE Format new suggestion

Now that the new format is out and we now know how it works. There's still one thing that troubles me. How to break ties. Basically it is whoever grinds the 4 clears the fastest and then clears to 1pt on every node the latest at the end of the sub. With 24hr refreshes, the difference in points is very small between players if the time gap is less than an hour.
I liked how in the Ultron event you can't repeat a fight with the boss until you fight another node. If you lose, you lose and that's the amount of points you get.
How about this. Every time you clear all nodes in a pve sub event, you unlock a final node that cannot be repeated until you clear all nodes again. And can only be repeated 4 times in a sub event. This way it adds an extra way, you can permanently lose your pve rank. This should reduce grinding. And also would randomize the person who gets the top reward. I hate how the same people get the same rewards, the game has a ton of rng on it, why not make this one too. You get a bad board on the final node, well there goes your rank 1 standing. This will distribute the top 10 rewards more evenly instead of the same 5 players getting the same top ranks.

One little but significant improvement could be THE PROGRESSION REWARDS on PVE
in this way, more players will have access to covers and not only 1% (10 on 1000 players)
more chances to gain covers = possibility to build up a variety of useful characters and not be forced to play with the same 6-8 characters.
There will always be the shortage of Iso to level up them but one can be more disposed to spend some bucks into ISO....
but Devs seem to not hear our prays and focus only to release 2,3,4 new characters each month, characters that cannot be used for months0
