Win not counted [Tyrant][Merged Thread]

I played two rounds against the Tyrant of Valakut in the current event. In both rounds, when I completed the game and defeated the opponent, I did not receive credit for the win and got no prizes. The Tyrant is still at 0% completion and the final level is still locked. It is currently impossible to complete this event. After being frozen out of so many games in the last two events this is even more outrageous because now I at least beat the opponent with a complete round but still don't get the win. Wicked frustrating.

    I beat him too, twice. But the game didn't give me credit for the win, gave me no rewards, and shows that he is still 0% complete! What gives?
