4* dpd every 4 days instead of 5

We have enough 4*s that this request seems reasonable. Change the cycle from 5 days to 4 days. Thanks.

    4* reward dpd every day. LT reward dpd can stay the same frequency.

    I still think it would make sense to do one on the first and last day of each DDQ cycle. There's already two 4-star covers in the vault, just replace the randomized cover with the specific character for the extra 4-star challenge.

    Since the challenges would be available twice as often, the prize could be CP (10-15 apiece, at least initially) instead of tokens.
