BUG - Lost all of my mana, crystals and cards

I downloaded the update and restarted the game and come to find out that all of my cards were gone, my mana and crystals were gone and I got stuck on the "Getting Service Date" error. Then after many chats back and forth with customer service, they reset my account back to a previous save and that restored my most of my cards, and most of my mana and crystals. The new error I had was that I was forced to go through a five part tutorial on the new cards and how they work. I completed all five of the scenarios and now my game is stuck in a continuous loop on the fifth scenario of the tutorial. I have a green check mark on all of the scenarios. I have tried to work with customer service, but they have done' nothing but make the problems worse. This has been going on for 16 days now. Has anyone else had this problem or am I the only lucky one to get to go through this. By the way, in IMOP, their customer service has been the worst experience that I have ever had to deal with. They request the same information three and after giving it to them in screen shots, they ask for the same information again, like they have never received the information in the first place. They tell me that they can't do something, and then do it and cause more problems that there were in the first place. I am beyond frustrated and angry at this point. Any help out there from other players would be appreciated.
