So you have each anniversary that Devil Dino can be earned well for this upcoming anniversary there should be a store similar to Civil War event where we can earn tokens for Devil Dino in a special store where it would be for either 25-30 CPs and his draw rate would increase such as 10% and after that then he should be added for good in the legendary store since it would be the 3rd anniversary of MPQ
