What to do with all this ISO?

I've been playing the game for a couple months now, and just recently have acquired a fair amount of ISO. A little over 100K! However, I need some advice on which characters to pump this ISO into. Here is a list of my roster right now, and your advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you think I should save the ISO and focus on acquiring more covers for certain characters, which covers should I wait for? Thanks everyone!

Should I sell off any of these character, like some of my 1 star's or keep them all for now? When I first started playing I had no idea about the best builds for characters so if you have any advice on better builds for some of my characters or builds to focus on that would be great. Also, should I consider leveling up some of the two stars I have a lot of covers for like C Storm, Moonstone, and Captain Merica?

Right now my team usually consists of a combination of Patch, Daken, OBW, Ares, and whatever character is required for certain matches. I'm just wondering if there would be a better team hidden in my roster somewhere, so any team strategy or characters to level up is welcomed. Thanks again everyone!

With your roster I would level up OBW for sure.
Then I would dump everything else into punisher to give u a solid attacker to rotate out with patch.

The other route would be finish off patch and just run the patch / OBW / featured cover combo.

I was thinking about finishing off Patch but didn't know if I should focus on someone else. Would leveling up C Storm be of any value? I have all but 1 cover for her opposed to OBW where I still need 3 more covers. I just recently got 3 purple covers for OBW but sold them off because I wanted her build to be 3/5/5. Also, what are your thoughts on the new characters (Thor, Black Panther, and Psylocke)?

Oh wow really? Who do you use instead of C Storm? I guess in the past she was way over powered but they nerfered her pretty bad. Also, what do you think of the heroic mode with Juggernaut event? It seems like they have a pretty terrible selection of characters (besides powered up 3* Thor).

My C. Storm is ~lvl 53, and when she's boosted in events, she's absolutely busted. Otherwise, she hardly sees play, as m.Storm is pretty much better in every way, including her lower DPS (to hide behind Tanks). I think that's about correct, based on my limited experience with a well-covered c.Storm.

As other said, level OBW to end, or at least 80 first thing and learn to use it.
Then push Patch to 115-120 range.

If you still have ISO indeed working on Punisher is good idea though you need more covers, especially green. And he starts kicking only over 80 and looks good from 100, that is a way to go, you might be better saving up until can improve him to playable levels (or situation he is needed).

As long as you can't go high enough make sure OBW's black tile stays 1 point above Punishers.

Also if you play Ares in your team, push him to the limit. All his abilities benefit a lot and health too. (But I use him quite rarely lately).

Thanks for your advice everyone! What is your opinion about Captain America? I have all the covers for him but rarely see anyone using him. Do you think he is of any benefit?

Cap is often buffed for special events. I keep him at 50 and he works just fine. Maxing him is a waste, though. You will never, ever use him unbuffed or in PvP.

At 19 AP, Cap's yellow power is too costly. Maxed, his red and blue powers let you plop his countdown tiles right on top of enemy countdown tiles and mostly regenerate their cost a few turns later. This can allow you to fight Maggia and Hammer enemies at lvl 230 without letting them hit you.
