Optimal Cover Builds

I am looking for a list of optimal character/cover builds

I thought I had seen a pinned post in the forums listing the 'suggested' best cover builds for all the characters- did I imagine this?

It's not a large sample size, but the "top build" is the most frequently occurring of the sites members.

Some are obvious enough e.g;

Characters: Juggernaut (Classic)

Build Popularity
5/5 1588
5/4 12
4/5 8
5/3 5
3/5 4
4/4 1

Optionally check the top leaderboards, typically the vets all run the same builds.
