Can't update, device not compatible

I have a Zenfone 2 and can't update to R104 for a unknown reason. Please help and fix!

    Unknown reasons have unknown fixes. Nobody will be able to help you unless you provide some details.

    My phone is the ASUS Zenfone 2 (Model: Z00D) My Android Version is 5.0.1 (Lollipop ZenUI skin from ASUS) Recently the new update for MPQ has dropped and I take the redirection link when I open MPQ to the Google Play Store and the buttons where "Update and Uninstall" are replaced with "This device isn't compatible with this version." I noted "unknown reason" because I had looked in the compatibility issues tab of the app details and there aren't any.

    Time was my solution. (oddly enough, weirdest solution ever) Thank you though.

    I still have this issue since the last failed update, and the time does not seem to be a solution in my case. Sony E4, Android 4.4.4.
