Disabled hexproof

If there's have a hexproof creature that's been disabled by suppression bonds or Hixous (should it even be possible to do this?) Should you then be able to target it with spells? Currently you can, but I'm not sure it should.

Hexproof no longer protects from non-targeted effects, especially damage, and since disable removes all abilities, even passive ones, this is not unexpected. Disabled scions don't get any mana when killed, ally abilities don't trigger, etc.
Whether or not this is intended, or should be, is a dev call.0
