Chance of Hood and Dr Doom

Does anyone know the percentage rate of getting the Hood or Dr Doom from the 500 iso pack? I know that it costs 500 premium coins for a 50% chance, but that is way out of my spending range. I mean, their is already a chance of getting a 3 star character from a normal 500 iso pack, but what is the percent in this special one?

    It's an improved chance in that there are no other 3 Star characters in the Doom Iso-8 Pack. You don't have a better chance of getting a 3 Star Cover compared to a normal Iso-8 Pack, but if you do get a 3 Star, it's going to be a Doom Cover. The Doom HP pack is as listed, a 50% chance of getting Doom with odds split between the two available.
