A little help with my roster plz

Hi. I haven't been playing long but I'm really enjoying this game. I've managed to get 20 guys on my team, but my problem is that I've got 5 guys in my "rewards" section of my roster (well 4 guys and 1 duplicate) and I don't know which ones to pick. I've only got 25 HP left and I'm running out of time. Who do I sell before they expire? Should I get rid of someone I already have? I recently got a bunch of *** guys but they're all low lvl. Advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ideally if you have a bit of extra bank you could treat yourself to some HP.
Although if I were pushed into making a decision I'd probably get rid of Astonishing Wolvie at 14 if you only have a couple of covers for Magneto.
Although he can be quite useful if he's levelled with some more covers.
Iron Man 35 you'll hardly use at all unless there's a 1* tourny coming up again soon although that's unlikely.
And while Modern Black Widow is quite useful I find I don't really use her at all now either unless it's in a 1* tourny.

Ragnarok since his nerf has been made quite useless but obviously harder to get being rare.
Invisible Woman isn't as useless as she used to be but there's better choices out there.
Ares as a 2* is quite a good character, does a lot of damage.

Tough choice indeed. All of your rewards are worthy of keeping. Invisible woman, though not as good, does not come along very often. Ragnarok is still useful in lightning rounds (though if it's green I would toss it for now). Magneto Classic is one of the best characters in the game (every color is useful). Ares does good damage and will help you transition from 1* to 2*.

If you're not relying on 1*s anymore I would sell them in favor of the reward covers. Thor is a great upgrade for IM35, so if you feel you have enough covers and iso for him, you can go ahead and sell IM35. You could sell Loki as well. He's useful in the right team (with Patch for example), but he won't do much for your current roster. He won't be greatly missed. Finally, modern black widow would also be a relatively safe sell, especially since you already have original black widow at a decent level.

Could you give us some more info? What colors are the reward covers? How many covers do you have in your 2*s? Are they at their level cap or do you still have room to level them? It's important to make sure you have a solid team of 2*s before selling off your 1*s.

Invisible Woman has been a required character in two previous events. You are never going to use her normally, but having her could help you rank well in future events.

I'd dump Loki. He's only useful against particular teams and you'll get used to running someone else with pink and black who has more utility.

I'd keep IW for reasons stated above but that's a hard one because you won't level her for months.

I personally don't think Ragnarok is worth it. I won't fight people on that but I've been playing for three months and only ever got 3 covers for him, and besides that I don't think he's that powerful unless I'm up against him in a scaled high PVE event.

Modern Black Widow actually doesn't suck as much as you'd think - in a pinch if someone else is taking blues she helps a lot, and she's still useful against goons, even those scaled high. I use her when the health packs run out.

I have yet to figure out what's so awesome about cMagneto but I don't have any pinks for him yet. But they're are threads all over the forum raving about him.

Ares' covers are handed out like candy. He's pretty awesome when paired with OBW. But he's not my first choice because his green is a problem.

IM35 doesn't have much use at all after you've maxed some 2 stars. But you have him leveled so I dunno. You can still run tourneys with MBW and IM35 to get the ISO to level the others.

cMags is a beast!
His blue lets you turn any regular blue match-3 into a match-5 giving you damage, a crit tile and your 5 blue AP back. It also allows you to overwrite any tile including countdown tiles (very handy against goons in PVE), Invisible Woman's invisibility, enemy strike or protect tiles and so forth.
His red, while not doing a lot of damage is nice to clear the board and maybe get some matches from cascades. If you have Patch's strike tiles out, you can easily get 1000+ damage for 2 red AP.
His purple: 10 AP = 1 dead enemy

Like a lot of 3* he gets much better with full covers at a high enough level (about 100).

Ideally you want to hang onto as much as you can, you never know what events will buff/require what characters. That said, Rag and Loki are among the easier to get later if you decide to collect them. I would consider extending roster space via buying HP, but if that's not an option, I'd ditch rag, Loki, and Ares. They're the easiest to replace and not characters you'll use often. You might want to hang onto one stars for one star tournaments. They're sometimes also useful in pve events. I could have used 1* iron man in a couple of events since deleting him and regret it. 1* storm can really destroy some pve stages.

I'd say keep all characters that could be useful for LRs. I'd get rid of Magneto Now first. It's way easier to replace him further on than Ares or 3*s in my opinion.
Also a little cash spent now might benefit you later on, see it as an investment.

I quite like Marvel Now Magneto and def think he's quite useful. He was the hardest 2* for me to get. Took me ages to get him at max covers.

Wow, thanks for all your input. I grabbed invisible woman and I am gonna see if I can buy some hp. I dislike not having a credit card Google store won't take Canadian debit cards. I still have one green Ragnarok, a blue old skool Magneto, and a green and yellow Ares in my rewards list. I managed to pick up another yellow Wolverine randomly from a standard recruit token
Max lvl heroes: Spidey, Hulk, Loki, Dr Doom, Invisible Woman, Thor, Panther, yellow & xforce wolverine, and all * obviously.
Everyone else is able to go up at least 1 lvl. As for specs, I'm mosttly just taking whatever covers I can get now and gonna worry about respecing later.

You should be able to find a store that sells Google Play gift cards. Then you can apply it to your account and use that for purchases. Same thing goes for iTunes gift cards.
