Act of Treason triggers enter the battlefield effects

At the end of my turn, when the creature I cast Act of Treason on returns to my opponent's control, any "enters the battlefield" effects are triggering! This SHOULD not happen!

Example - cast on Harbinger of Tides, it comes to my side, no trigger - it returns to my opponent and it bounces one of my creatures! not cool

    Verified when opponent played AoT against me, took a monster, it triggered its "enter the field, use this effect".

    Had this happen to me also with Turn Against.

    Stole a Kor Entanglers, had another creature disabled on return.

    Will also trigger Rally effects!

    Yup bugged on all effect that trigger when the creature enters the battlefield.

    Confirmed Act Of Treason stole my Harbinger of the Tides, upon it's return, it gave me the option again to kick an opposing creature, except I was unable to select any creature (only one on my opponent's battlefield) and the opponent only had 3 cards in hand.
