Don't see the VIP button at all? (iOS)

I've already updated my iPhone to the latest iOS and the app to the latest version as well, but the VIP button/pop-up just isn't there below the heroic points, there is nothing I can see anywhere in-game that can bring me to the VIP page. Is anyone else having the same issue?
